Job Description

Be part of a global team as a Collections Team Lead, guiding a group of high-performing specialists to achieve targets, maintain compliance, and deliver world-class customer experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach team members, analyze performance metrics, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, accuracy, and integrity.

Your leadership will drive accountability, efficiency, and ethical collections practices—building trust while ensuring both customer satisfaction and business success.

Shift: Night Shift (Consecutive Off)

Salary: PHP 60,000.00 - PHP 75,000.00 + PHP 20,000.00 incentives

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 5 years of experience as a Collections Team Leader
• Proven background in a BPO environment
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills that influence and inspire
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make sound decisions in fast-paced settings
• Highly organized, accountable, and solutions-oriented
• A team player with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous leadership experience (an advantage)
• Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
• People-first attitude with strong work ethics
